1. Definitions

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

Accounts used solely for money transfer purposes without genuine gambling activity will be suspended. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the promotional terms for each offer. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are limited to one per person, household, IP address, and payment method.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry wagering requirements (also called rollover or playthrough requirements) that must be completed before any winnings can be withdrawn. 6.3 Withdrawal During Active Bonus

If you request a withdrawal while bonus wagering requirements are incomplete, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited, and only your original deposit balance (minus any losses) will be available for withdrawal. You may opt out of any bonus by contacting customer support before using the bonus funds.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are accepted based on the result at the official end of the match or event as determined by the relevant sporting authority. In cases where an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned, unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours. For live in-play betting, we reserve the right to suspend betting at any time and reject bets placed after a significant event has occurred (such as a goal scored) even if the bet was submitted before you were aware of the outcome.

7.2 Casino Games

All casino games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness. Game rules are displayed within each game. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during play, we will make reasonable efforts to restore the game state, but we are not liable for any losses caused by technical issues beyond our control. 8. Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering or using gtcbet for illegal financial transactions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, gtcbet disclaims all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our maximum liability to you for any claim related to gtcbet services shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

10.1 Termination by User

You may close your gtcbet account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw your remaining balance within 30 days. Any unclaimed balances after this period may be forfeited. Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed. If you wish to use gtcbet services in the future, you must create a new account subject to our standard eligibility requirements.

10.2 Termination by gtcbet

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in prohibited activities, provided false information, or pose a security risk to the platform. In cases of termination for cause, we may withhold any balance pending investigation. If we determine that you violated our terms, we reserve the right to forfeit any balance, including deposits, bonuses, and winnings.

We reserve the right to close accounts that have been inactive (no login or betting activity) for 12 consecutive months. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before closing an inactive account, and you will have the opportunity to withdraw your balance.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gtcbet is licensed, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of gtcbet shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation with our customer support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules, rather than pursuing litigation in court.
